The course aims to provide the student with sufficient information to take note of thefiscal policy and its three basic concepts of public expenditure, public revenue and thegeneral budget. By providing the student with an adequate explanation of the principles and concepts of public finance and theories on fiscal policy, by clarifying the concept, types, effects and management of public expenditure, by clarifying the concept of public revenues and their various sources, such as taxes, fees, loans and cash issuance, and by identifying the general budget and its basic principles and stages of preparation explaining the role of public finance in addressing economic gaps
