Dr. Mohammad Talal Atrri is a faculty member and lecturer in the Department of Graphic Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Damascus.

He earned all of his academic degrees from the University of Damascus:

* Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking and Graphic Arts (2005).
* Master’s degree in Graphic Arts, awarded with a Very Good distinction (2011).
* Ph.D. in Printmaking and Graphic Arts, awarded with Excellent distinction (2020).

In 2025, he was appointed Head of the Department of Graphic Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Damascus.

Dr. Atrri has participated in numerous artistic workshops and exhibitions, including:

* A workshop at the Higher Institute of Applied Arts in Cairo (2004).
* The First Graphic Arts Exhibition at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Damascus (2007).
* The First Exhibition of the Faculty of Applied Fine Arts, University of Aleppo (2008).
* The inaugural collective exhibition of the National Center for Visual Arts in Damascus (2015).
* The annual exhibition of the National Center for Visual Arts (2016).
* The exhibition “Tribute to the Late Artist Afif Bahnassi” (2018).

Dr. Atrri’s academic and artistic interests focus on Graphic Arts in general, with particular emphasis on the traditions and techniques of East Asian Graphic Arts, especially those of China and Japan.
