Fawaz Saleh

Professor Fawsz is a faculty member in the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Damascus. He previously served as the Head of the Department of Private Law for four years.

He has authored numerous books and peer-reviewed scientific research papers published in accredited academic journals across several Arab countries. His scholarly contributions cover various fields of private law and have significantly enriched legal studies and research.

In addition, he has written and contributed to a number of textbooks that are officially adopted for teaching at the Faculty of Law, University of Damascus, as well as at the Syrian Virtual University.
