Description


This course is a continuation of design with project of increasing complexity. It deals with architectural design as a creative operation to solve functional problems of buildings and therefore it includes collection of information and analysis studies together with the integration of structure and mechanical systems using intermediate and large spaces. Studio work includes lectures and projects such as community buildings. Emphasis should be made on general projects with more complex programmes and applied to single storey service buildings such as sport buildings within districts, with respect to building materials and constructional methods together with site context and climatic aspects.
