After paying your subscription at the finance department, you can visit our office to activate your subscription and set your own password.
· The academic account (email + portal access) is created automatically after admission and registration of your data in Student Affairs.· To retrieve your credentials, you can:
Visit the IT support center in person (bring your university ID card) to have the account manually issued.
You can report through one of the following channels:
· Online ticket system: Via the ICT directorate website (select "Technical Support" then "Open a New Ticket").
