Company in Damascus. To achieve this objective, the researchers employed a descriptiveanalytical approach. The study sample consisted of all employees at New Park Dairy and Cheese Company, including senior management and departmental staff, totaling 100 individuals. Of these, 80 were deemed suitable for analysis. The researchers distributed the data collection instrument electronically, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and test the hypotheses. The study yielded several key findings, most notably the high relative importance of both e-commerce and consumer behavior at New Park Dairy and Cheese Company in Damascus, and the statistically significant impact of ecommerce on consumer behavior at the company.
