| This study aimed to determine the extent of the impact of
artificial intelligence in improving administrative decision-making processes in Syrian institutions, by identifying the role of artificial intelligence represented by (employees' awareness of its importance, challenges in applying its technologies, availability of data and technical infrastructure, and its impact on the accuracy and speed of administrative decisions) in improving administrative decision-making processes in Syrian institutions. The two researchers conducted an exploratory study in which the sources of improving administrative decision-making processes in institutions in Syria were identified, relying on inferential research based on descriptive analysis to measure the impact of artificial intelligence in improving administrative decision-making processes. The questionnaire was distributed to a group of Syrian institutions, the number of which did not exceed (3) institutions, and the number of questionnaires distributed was (56). (51) questionnaires were recovered, of which (47) were valid for analysis. Studies have found that artificial intelligence plays a positive role in improving administrative decision-making processes in Syrian institutions, based on the responses of the sample members studied.
