Since establishment in 2008, YPU allocated a central library space of 850 m² in addition to branch libraries for every faculty. The library includes a variedly vast collection of print and electronic materials classified according to international standards and systems.

Lending System
Students and members of administrative staff are allowed to borrow one book and one CD at a time for seven days.
Members of academic staff are allowed to borrow no more than two books and two CDs at a time for two weeks.
