Department Goals

The Information Technology Department aims at setting the necessary plans for meeting YPU needs for modern technological devices, such as computers, and supervising their

setting up and maintenance. It also provides electronic services to YPU students in a way that facilitates offering services in the best, most competent, and fastest way possible and reduces the work load of members of administrative staff to through the following.

1. Building and controlling a computer network at YPU, ensuring its security, and supervising its optimal use.
2. Updating, developing, and supporting computer systems at all of YPU departments in a way that serves their increasing needs.
3. Updating the technological devices used at the University, guaranteeing the continuity of their effective work to achieve the required performance.
