Students enrolled at YPU can change the majors for which they first registered at the end of the first year provided that there are availability of spaces in the new major. To change majors, students must meet the following requirements.

• Having the high school certificate entitling them to enroll in the new major.
• Passing the admission exams of the new major.
• Meeting the requirements expected of incoming students in this major.
