- The maximum limit of registered hours could be raised for students whose GPAs exceeded 80% in the previous semester or 3.2 out of 4. A rate of three hours over the limits noted above is allowed.
- Study load when graduating could be raised to 22 hours in regular semesters if one of the hours is considered and hour of practice or training. 12 credit hours could be reached in the summer semester when graduating as well with no other conditions.
- In case of considerable study load which is unaccounted for within a student’s credit hours (as is the case in foreign language remedial courses or basic sciences), a student could be excused from registering credit hours. The overall load resulting from remedial courses is taken into consideration in evaluating a student’s academic level upon providing him/her with official documents.
