All of YPU incoming students are required to take a placement test in English to diagnose their needs for remedial English courses.

The students applying to The Faculty of Architectural Engineering are required to take an admissions exam, for which the Faculty holds a training course during the summer. The exam date is set by the Faculty Dean.
